Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders take a bit longer to get to you. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP & DELIVERY:

Store pickup and delivery is not available at this time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using USPS First Class Mail to the United States and Canada Expedited Parcel to Canada.

Flat rate shipping fee of $7 for US orders and $15 for orders to Canada applies to all orders. We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to all areas in the United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can initiate a refund or return with valid reason. Please contact returns@mandylizcreates.com with your request. Mandyliz Creates holds the right to deny any returns and/or refunds at its sole discretion. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@mandylizcreates.com. The return address will be provided upon return request and acceptance of return request. 

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return an order that is eligible for return or refund. Once your order is received by Mandyliz Creates with no damages upon inspection, you will receive a full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Mandyliz Creates is not responsible for damages to products caused by the customer's mishandling. No refunds, returns or replacements are available to products that are damaged due to the customer's mishandling. 

This includes and is not limited to damaging a product due to: 
dropping or scratching the item, spilling food or liquid onto the item, fingerprint marks, fading of the product due to prolonged UV exposure, bending covers or pages, or the item being stolen or lost under your ownership.

If your order shows signs of damage upon delivery due to handling from the postal service it is your responsibility to report and submit to returns@mandylizcreates.com your order number and photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours for review to determine refund and return eligibility.

Lost Packages

Mandyliz Creates has no control over and is not responsible for how the postal service handles or delivers your order. Mandyliz Creates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that are lost in transit. The customer is responsible to open an investigation with their postal authority. 

Please send us an email at returns@mandylizcreates.com to discuss your options for a refund or replacement in the case your order was not delivered by the postal service due to the order being lost in transit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
